One inbox handles everything, and we would rather hear about a problem early. Write to us about:
- Corrections. An article that is wrong, unclear, or out of date — tell us which one and what looks off. These go to the front of the queue.
- Topic suggestions. Anything you wish someone would explain properly, including questions that feel too basic to ask.
- Privacy requests. Access, deletion, or opt-out requests about your personal data; our Privacy Policy sets out what we hold and the timeframes we work to.
- Ads and site problems. An advertisement behaving badly, a page that will not load, or a broken link.
Ordinary messages get a reply within a few business days; privacy requests are handled within the periods described in our Privacy Policy. Please never send passwords, account numbers, or card details by email — we have no use for them, and email is not a secure channel.
We cannot give individual financial, legal, or tax advice, and we cannot intervene in a dispute with a bank, lender, or advertiser. For those, contact the institution directly, or the financial regulator in your country.
